Job summary

The Common Market, based in Atlanta, seeks an Executive Director for the Southeast Chapter to drive operations, revenue, and team execution in a multi-million dollar regional business. You will own performance, people, and impact, leading cross-functional teams and building strong farmer- and institution-facing relationships.

You will work hands-on to troubleshoot, expand contracts, and align supply with demand while partnering with national leadership on strategy and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience running complex operations in distribution or logistics.
• Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth capability.
• Strong leadership of frontline and mid-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Southeast Chapter operations, revenue, and team execution.
• Build accountability and drive performance across functions.
• Develop partnerships with farmers and institutions to grow revenue.
