Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 9+ years of Leveraged Finance Investment Banking experience preferred
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with sell-side and buy-side M&A and equity/debt financing

Responsibilities

• Originate and drive new business opportunities across M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence.
• Oversee the strategic direction and execution of complex transactions.
• Develop and implement client coverage strategies to expand revenue generation.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop junior talent within the coverage team.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at companies in the sector globally.
• Travel as requested by senior deal team members and clients.
