JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead payables product development for Small Business Payables, covering ACH and payroll payments infrastructure.

This role partners with Small Business Banking to ensure client-aligned solutions and scale capabilities with reliability and innovation. The position requires senior leadership, deep payments domain expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable payment platforms within financial services.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience delivering payments products, projects, or technology in banking or financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of payments product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (ACH, payroll, real-time payments).
• Ability to influence discovery, ideation, development and value management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets for ACH and payroll payments infrastructure for Small Business Payables.
• Partner with Small Business Banking to align product strategy with client needs and deliver integrated payables solutions.
• Lead the product life cycle from planning to future development, adapting to market trends and regulatory changes.
• Drive modernization by championing new technologies, payment rails, and process improvements for speed, reliability, and client experience.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices in payments innovation, market research, prototyping, solution generation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives, including cost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and sales to ensure delivery, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
