• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Cardiology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of practice operations, revenue cycle, and financial management.
• Proven success leading teams and driving change in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience with strategic planning, operational improvement, and technology optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with physicians and key stakeholders.
