Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland is seeking an Executive Director of Older Adult Services to lead strategic direction and operations for senior home-based services. The role requires oversight of program design, community relations, fiscal management, and staff supervision.

The Executive Director will drive fundraising efforts and partnerships to sustain revenue, while representing the organization in the community and with funding agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience developing and managing complex social service programs.
• Experience in providing and understanding care management for older adults.
• Strong knowledge of public funding streams and grants.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for strategic vision and program expansion for JFSA Caring at Home services.
• Develops and implements new initiatives to enhance services to seniors.
• Establishes outcome measures and quality improvement initiatives.
