Job summary

Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland seeks a Regional Coordinator to manage client services and daily operations in the assigned region. The role supervises Site Managers and Direct Support Professionals and ensures safe, high-quality care with regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes leadership, staff development, and effective ISP guidance, supporting programs for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families.

Qualifications

• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Services, Business Administration, or related field.
• Will consider a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Disabilities or related social services field.
• At least 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
• Assure consistent delivery of high-quality care related to health and safety.
• Manage fiscal and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate client programming.
• Complete client assessments and review responses to services.
• Train the team on ISP implementation and provide leadership.
