Job summary

Dial Senior Living seeks an Assistant Executive Director to assist the Executive Director in supervising and managing community operations. You will ensure high-quality resident care, operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and satisfaction for residents, families, and team members.

The role requires overseeing budgeting, payroll, HR, and performance management, with on-site leadership and collaboration with the senior living advisor to support sales and admissions

Qualifications

• Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in management and supervision.
• Strong operations, leadership, and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and daily operational oversight of the community.
• Manage high-level administrative tasks including financials, payroll, human resources, and resident/team satisfaction.
• Foster a culture based on company mission, vision, and values.
• Ensure new regulations or procedures are implemented according to federal, state, and company standards.
• Oversee maintenance of financial records and reports as requested.
• Coordinate admissions, move-ins and move-outs and support sales processes as requested.
