Job summary

Clearwater Living in Houston is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a community that delivers exceptional resident care in a supportive, people-first environment.

The role partners with directors to drive financial stability, staffing excellence, and continuous improvement while upholding OSHA standards and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services or equivalent supervisory experience.
• 8–10 years in senior living/healthcare/hospitality.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in senior living operations.
• Current license/certification to manage a community; First Aid certification; required health clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with department directors to develop policies and promote teamwork.
• Maintain financial stability; approve expenditures and manage budgets.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, motivate and supervise staff to serve residents.
• Ensure high quality of care and a safe environment for residents and staff.
