Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing per state requirements.
• 5+ years in a progressive leadership role in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong budget management and financial planning skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure high-quality care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Direct staffing, supervision, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Build relationships with staff, residents, providers, and families.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and oversee sales/operational strategies.
