Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations at our Spokane-area campus, ensuring high-quality care and financial stability. You will coordinate budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners.

You will lead department heads, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain the highest standards of service in a growth-oriented, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial stability.
• Lead and develop department directors and staff; maintain morale.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
