Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure the quality of care and services provided. You will manage budgets, cash flow, staffing, and daily operations in line with government guidelines, building strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and providers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership in a senior living operation.
• Understanding and compliance with resident rights regulations.
• Budget management and financial planning experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and act as contact for staff, residents, and public.
• Supervise directors, supervisors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Lead development and execution of community sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licenses, and company policies.
• Manage the community budget and cash flow; monitor variances.
