Job summary

Cascade Living is seeking an Executive Director for Heritage Springs in Nevada to lead marketing, operations, and financial management of the community.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, occupancy growth, and staff development while aligning with Cascade Living's mission and values. Requires Nevada ALF/RCF Administrator license and 5+ years of senior administration in assisted living. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Valid ALF/RCF State Administrator License
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, human services, or administration preferred
• 5+ years administration and supervision in an assisted living or memory care community preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ownership attitude with focus amid interruptions
• Effective communicator with residents, families and staff
• Innovative thinker bringing new ideas
• Ability to build relationships with community groups to grow census
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development
• Thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for financial management and regulatory compliance of the community
• Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members
• Lead the Sales and Marketing team and exceed occupancy and revenue targets
• Maintain oversight of financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnel
• Lead approval process for all contracts for services in the community
• Comply with all local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of changes
• Maintain good relations with local/state regulatory agencies
• Participate in industry organizations to stay abreast of issues/trends
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
