Job summary

Altius Search Group in New Bern, NC is seeking an Executive Director to oversee a senior living community. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure high standards of care, and drive financial performance while maintaining a culture of respect and service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care. A license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities.
• Administrator’s license, if required by the state.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the community.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor budgets to achieve financial objectives.
