Altius Search Group seeks an experienced Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a senior living community in Hilton Head, SC. You will lead with a focus on resident and family satisfaction while achieving financial and regulatory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities.
• Administrator's license, if required by the state.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the community.

• Manage and monitor budgets to achieve financial objectives.
