Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of leadership as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living.
• Administrator’s license, if required by state.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
