Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for The Ashford on Broad in Columbus, OH. You will oversee operations, lead department heads in nursing, culinary, maintenance and sales, and ensure resident satisfaction and strong financial performance.

You will report to an engaged regional team, drive occupancy, budgeting, and compliance, and foster an inclusive, engaged culture. Eligible for a starting salary of $105,000 with bonus potential up to 12% and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator OR 5+ years of Executive Director experience in senior living.
• Minimum 5 years of ED experience leading an assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing community.
• Experience implementing and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results that create great communities for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall community operations including financial health, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, and community performance towards KPIs.
• Provide oversight to nursing, office operations, culinary, sales, maintenance, and life enrichment.
• Ensure high-quality service to residents, including dining, activities, and clinical care.
• Maintain strong communication with residents and families and external partners.
• Develop an inclusive and engaging work environment and ensure adequate staffing.
• Manage annual budget projections, forecasting, and occupancy goals.
• Market the community to maintain occupancy and align with company standards.
