Qualifications

• Three or more years of culinary leadership in independent or assisted living or equivalent.
• Must meet State Board of Health requirements.
• Strong budget and cost control knowledge.

• Supervise kitchen staff and servers, including hiring and training.
• Ensure menu quality, consistency and creativity while maximizing resources.
