Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two to four years related leadership experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required; valid driver license and access to a private vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, acting as contact for staff, residents, and the public.
• Supervise, direct, and motivate community staff; fill in as needed.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention; lead annual surveys.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor occupancy and revenue.
• Hire, train, discipline, and terminate staff per policy; ensure staffing quality.
• Ensure facilities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Brookdale to community groups and government agencies.
