Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for The Renley at Woodholme Gardens in Pikesville, MD. You will lead financial, human resources and daily operations to deliver exceptional residency care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

The role requires Maryland ALM certification, a high school diploma (college credits preferred), and 3–5 years of senior living leadership. Relocation, if needed, is supported by the company and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Maryland Assisted Living Manager (ALM) Certification required.
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
• RHA/LNHA/HFA preferred (required in some states).
• Must meet state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Serve as community leader handling financial, HR and operations management.
• Ensure policy implementation related to resident care.
• Supervise resident services and coordination with providers.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate and discipline team members.
• Develop sales/marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
