Qualifikationen

• Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Current Maryland Delegating Nurse certification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in senior living, assisted living, home health, geriatrics, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and team leadership skills.

What You'll Do

As The Wellness Director, You Will Lead All Clinical And Resident Care Services For Our Assisted Living And Memory Care Residents By

• Serving as the community's Maryland Delegating Nurse
• Overseeing resident assessments, service plans, and care coordination
• Supervising and developing caregivers and medication technicians
• Ensuring compliance with Maryland assisted living regulations and community standards
• Partnering with physicians, nurses, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers
• Monitoring quality outcomes and implementing continuous improvements
• Supporting resident admissions, transitions, and family communications
• Managing clinical operations, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives
• Promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and resident-centered care

Qualifications

Required

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Maryland Delegating Nurse certification
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in senior living, assisted living, home health, geriatrics, long-term care, or related healthcare setting
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong assessment, care planning, and team leadership skills

Preferred

• Assisted Living or Memory Care leadership experience
• Experience supervising medication technicians and direct care staff
• Knowledge of Maryland Assisted Living regulations
