Danbury's StoryPoint Chattanooga seeks an Executive Director to oversee the community's overall experience while ensuring financial health. You will lead by example, build relationships with residents, families and staff, and promote safety, belonging, and peace of mind in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, health care, gerontology or related field.
• Demonstrates passion for leading and developing people and promoting excellent service delivery to residents.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with sensitivity to the needs of aging adults and families.

Responsibilities

• Drive culture within the community by modeling servant leadership in all interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and families; support sales processes.
• Oversee lease signings, move-ins, and collaboration with departments to meet resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and readiness for surveys.
• Provide on-site emergency support when needed; travel may be required.
