Qualifications

• Meets all current requirements of the State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing and compassionate personality.
• Leadership experience in senior housing.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, direction and implementation of all programs and policies.
• Marketing and public relations to maintain occupancy goals.
• Coordinate resident services and oversee nursing and care staff.
• Hire, train and schedule community staff.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Social Services, Health Department and corporate regulations.
• Direct marketing within the community for residents and staff recruitment.
• Act as the responsible party before, during, and after licensing inspections.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
