Qualifications

• Two years post-secondary education; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory role in senior housing.

• Warm, outgoing and compassionate personality with integrity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• General well-being and health oversight for residents.
• Coordinate care and services with nursing and care staff.
• Lead staff, ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
• Drive occupancy through marketing and community relations.
• Ensure all paperwork required by regulatory bodies is completed.
• Hire, train and schedule community staff; drive a culture of values.
