Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA, HFA) to lead a Muskegon area senior living campus, directing operations, budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

You will build a positive culture, collaborate with campus teams and the community, advance quality measures, and ensure that Trilogy’s service standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; associate may be acceptable in Indiana.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current and unencumbered Health Facility Admin License for the state in which they are operating.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures company culture by leading by example and guiding staff to achieve results.
• Drives retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR success.
• Coordinates with campus, divisional support, and home office teams to solve problems and achieve success as a team.
• Represents the health campus within the community, including dealings with government agencies and third-party payers.
• Routinely rounds to build relationships with residents, families and employees and to ensure policy adherence.
• Participates in regulatory surveys and leads plans of correction for deficiencies.
• Serves as abuse coordinator or designates a campus abuse coordinator in their absence.
