Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA, HFA) in Ohio to guide operations, people, and resident care. You’ll manage budgets, implement policies, and drive the mission across campus teams and external stakeholders.

You’ll champion quality, staff engagement, and regulatory readiness while representing the organization in the community and ensuring Trilogy’s standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Current Health Facility Admin License for the operating state.
• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and strategic direction for the campus.
• Oversee budgets, policies, and quality initiatives.
• Represent the campus to residents, families and external agencies.
• Foster a positive culture, staff engagement and retention.
• Ensure regulatory surveys and plans of correction are handled.
• Coordinate with campus, divisional, and home office teams.
• Serve as abuse coordinator or designate a campus abuse coordinator.
