Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA, HFA) for the Richmond, Indiana campus. You will oversee operations, budgets, and strategic direction, while guiding staff, residents, and families to achieve organizational goals and outstanding service.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory readiness, and community representation. The position requires a Health Facility Admin license in the operating state, a bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate degree may be acceptable in Indiana.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current and unencumbered Health Facility Admin License for the operating state.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures company culture by leading by example.
• Adheres to the code of conduct, fosters teamwork, and achieves results.
• Drives retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR success.
• Coordinates with campus, divisional support, and home office teams to solve problems and achieve success.
• Represents the health campus with external agencies and third-party payers.
• Rounds to build relationships with residents, families, and employees, ensuring policies are followed.
• Participates in regulatory surveys and leads plans of correction for deficiencies.
• Serves as abuse coordinator or designates a campus abuse coordinator in their absence.
