Vitality Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a vibrant senior living community in Florida. The role drives daily operations, oversees budgeting, occupancy, and service quality across Assisted Living and Memory Care, while nurturing a high-performing team and strongest resident relations.

Responsibilities include admissions oversight, marketing to achieve occupancy goals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care/Independent Living.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
• Administrator license in states where required.
• Meet state health-related requirements.
• Certifications as required by state regulations.

• Oversee daily community operations in line with policies and standards.
• Manage financial performance: budgeting, census, occupancy, revenue and expenses.
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing team through recruiting, training and coaching.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment built on open communication and respect.
• Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and service plans.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and services across Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Oversee dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and life enrichment services.
• Lead sales and marketing to achieve occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, emergency preparedness and QA programs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and the community.
• Communicate with regional leadership about performance and concerns.
• Promote mission, vision and values through hands-on leadership.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications and complete other duties as assigned.
