Job summary

Vitality Living in Columbia, SC seeks a dynamic Wellness Director to lead health and wellness programs for our senior community. You will supervise wellness staff, oversee care plans, and ensure residents' medical, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are met.

This role requires an LPN/LVN/RN license and at least 2 years as a director in assisted living or memory care; strong leadership, communication, and survey history are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN/RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years as Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Proven leadership to build and retain teams.
• Strong communication and survey-history capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise wellness staff and operations.
• Complete nursing assessments and care plan reviews with families.
• Coordinate services with home health, hospice and agencies.
• Occasionally fulfill charge nurse duties to evaluate systems.
