Page Executive is seeking an Executive Director, Senior Counsel to provide strategic legal advice across financing, collateralized and market-related activities in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will support established business lines and emerging initiatives, working with senior leaders and跨-functional teams.

You will lead negotiations, drafting, and maintenance of key agreements, advise on collateral arrangements, liquidity solutions, and custody-related services, and help

Competenze

• J.D. with admission to practice law in New York.
• Minimum 12+ years of legal experience in law firms, financial institutions, fintech, or market infrastructure.
• Significant experience advising on digital assets, tokenization, and distributed ledger tech.
• Strong knowledge of securities laws, broker-dealer regulation, custody frameworks, and market infrastructure.
