Qualifications

• JD or equivalent required; admitted to a US bar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience at a top law firm or in-house.
• Ability to negotiate, draft and analyze complex agreements.
• Strong client advisory and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multi-faceted projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on agency securities finance, custody, and fund services with institutional clients.
• Collaborate with Securities Services product teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Analyze impact of regulatory developments on operations and offerings.
• Support new business initiatives including digital assets and ETFs.
• Partner with teams to deliver ongoing legal guidance and strategic support.
