Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing staff within healthcare disciplines.
• At least one year experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of current insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective operation of the PACE program at the assigned center.
• Lead strategic planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the VP of Operations and other center directors.
• Manage relationships with external partners/vendors.
• Ensure staff training, certification, and competency.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and data integrity.
• Attend meetings and drive process improvements across teams.
