Job summary

IIH PACE in California is seeking an experienced Clinic RN Manager to oversee the daily operations of our primary care clinic and nursing department. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain high standards of care for homebound participants.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will train staff, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, monitor COVID-related activities, and uphold QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years health care experience; geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum of one year in Primary Care Clinic or similar setting.
• Current California RN license and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and nursing department staffing and schedules.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, MAs, and CNAs as needed.
• Hire, train, assess performance and handle disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate care with IDT and care coordination meetings.
• Monitor COVID testing and vaccination administration.
• Ensure documentation, logs, medications, and supplies are accurate.
• Coordinate medication delivery to participant homes.
• Participate in QA/QI activities.
