Job summary

Legends Global operates Huntington Place Detroit—one of the region’s premier convention centers. The Executive Director, Sales & Marketing will lead revenue growth through convention center sales, digital asset monetization, partnerships, sponsorships, and naming rights while shaping the public image of the venue.

You will provide strategic leadership for sales and marketing, develop innovative revenue initiatives, and act as the organization’s primary media spokesperson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, sponsorship sales, or related areas.
• Proven leadership in senior roles with a track record in digital sponsorships and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations for Huntington Place Detroit to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Develop and monetize digital assets, sponsorships, and naming rights.
• Act as media spokesperson and maintain the venue's public image.
