- Provide strategic oversight of the AHS PE revenue cycle functions.
- Develop staffing processes and engagement strategies.
- Implement training programs for revenue cycle staff to achieve customer service outcomes.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and cross-training aligned with objectives.
- Develop and deploy patient-friendly programs.
