Job summary

Baptist Health in South Florida seeks a Director to lead and optimize Revenue Cycle operations across its hospitals and practices. The role drives strategic analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and performance improvements to enhance patient experience and financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Healthcare with 6+ years in Revenue Cycle Mgmt, plus leadership in a multi-hospital system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare preferred with a min of 6 yrs.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in Rev Cycle Mgmt, with min 5 yrs.
• Leadership experience in a multi-hospital/physician system required.
• In lieu of Master’s Degree, a min of 8 yrs.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole.

Responsibilities

• Leads, implements, and manages operational initiatives for Baptist Health practices.
• Facilitates cross-functional meetings with stakeholders, providing strategic analyses.
• Oversees Patient Access leaders/departments, including metrics and budgets.
• Collaborates with product line leaders and executives to improve operational effectiveness.
