Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within housing, homeless services, or related non-profit organizations.
• Experience with affordable housing systems, public funding, or housing development environments, including identifying, applying for, and overseeing federal and state funding.
• Ability to navigate evolving federal and government funding landscapes.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Deep commitment to client-centered, dignity-driven service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategy and implementation; provide overall leadership of organizational operations
• Advance growth initiatives; provide direct oversight of program evaluation and continuous improvement
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities; support with grant strategy, reporting, and overall grant lifecycle management
• Partner closely with the Board of Directors on organizational growth, governance, and policy implementation
• Supervise and support department leaders while fostering continued collaboration
• Oversee contracts, compliance and reporting requirements, fiscal administration, and human resources
• Strengthen partnerships with government entities, housing organizations, and community partners
• Serve as a visible ambassador for Arcata House Partnership in the community and across the State
