Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or MBA with 3–5 years at VP/Director level in healthcare.
• Licenses preferred (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is desirable.
• At least 5 years of full-time experience working with adults in human services after education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance for AODE, BHSO, ASAM, NARR, and CARF across locations.
• Oversee non-clinical program operations and supervise staffing.
• Develop strategic plans for current and new programs; assess client needs.
