West End Residences HDFC, Inc. seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization after the current ED-CEO retires. The role focuses on strategic, financial, and program leadership to advance safe, supportive housing in New York City.

Ideal candidates will have nonprofit governance expertise, fundraising success, and the ability to partner with a diverse Board and community stakeholders. This is a full-time executive leadership position in New York City.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Exceptional nonprofit governance expertise and deep knowledge of fiscal management, including fund accounting and budgeting.
• Experience with fundraising, working with a board of directors, and building strategic partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization with the Board and senior leadership to set plans and policies.
• Lead, motivate and inspire management and staff while fostering a client-centered environment.
• Oversee development, fundraising, and diversification of funding streams with a focus on sustainability.
• Represent West End Residences with funders, partners, community, and policymakers; raise the organization's visibility.
• Monitor financial health, manage budgeting, and align resources with the mission.
