Job summary

JP Morgan Chase seeks an Investment Platform Quantitative Researcher Executive Director to shape and execute strategy across GFICC asset classes. You will lead cross-functional projects and provide execution consultancy to clients.

You will partner with traders, PMs, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end analytics, dashboards, and TCA frameworks, translating complex outputs into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for quantitative research and data manipulation.
• Experience with tick-level/transactional market data and databases.
• Solid understanding of fixed income and FX market microstructure.
• Knowledge of algorithmic execution and smart order routing.
• Ability to translate quantitative outputs into actionable insights for traders and peers.
• Experience in team-based development with Git and code reviews.
• Familiarity with ML techniques in trading research.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution optimization and automation to improve speed and efficiency.
• Conduct quantitative research on market microstructure and liquidity dynamics.
• Provide data-driven execution consultancy to traders and PMs.
• Build dashboards, TCA frameworks, and execution quality tools.
• Coordinate across trading, portfolio management, and tech teams to deliver analytics solutions.
