Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York, NY seeks an Executive Director for QTR eTrading to lead execution research and TCA, informing the electronic trading product roadmap for single-stock and portfolio trading. You will partner with Electronic Client Solutions, Coverage, and Technology to translate research into scalable platform enhancements and client solutions.

You will guide strategy, drive performance measurements, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable improvements in execution quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of quantitative execution research, TCA, algorithmic trading, or related electronic trading analytics roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in TCA modeling and execution quality measurement.
• Strong programming skills in kdb+/q and Python with experience using large-scale trading datasets.
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Trading, and Technology to ship capabilities and measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead TCA frameworks, benchmarks, and performance analyses.
• Translate results into actionable product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Technology to productionize research and governance.
• Create client-facing content and support stakeholder discussions.
