Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or human behavior sciences required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organization and presentation skills; proficient with pc/computer software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the LSSI CQI System and related policies and procedures.
• Lead data use, privacy standards, and continuous improvement practices across the organization.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff and support organizational accreditation.
