CAI is seeking an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead delivery for State and Local Government accounts nationwide. This role focuses on delivering high-quality services, guiding senior consultants, and aligning efforts with client goals while driving efficiencies and renewals.

The position is full-time and remote with 25–30% travel; requires 5–7+ years in IT delivery or technical sales in public sector, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with RFPs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 5-7+ years of IT Account Manager, Technical sales or Technical Delivery in a public sector environment.
• Must have experience with direct oversight and/or delivery of large public sector initiatives.
• Experience with public sector procurement: RFP cycles, cooperative contracts, and SLA-based managed services.
• Strong background in managing customer expectations and building relationships.
• Experience with IT service issues such as productivity, performance management, and SLAs.
• Ability to shape and position RFPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% to support engagements and events.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Delivery organization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across all accounts and services within the vertical.
• Identify and execute expansion and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consultants.
• Support Sales with presentations, briefings and customer calls.
• Provide project scoping support and SOW creation.
