Job summary

CAI is seeking an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead delivery for State and Local government accounts nationwide, ensuring high-quality services and strong client satisfaction. This full-time remote role requires 25-30% travel to client sites and industry events, with responsibilities spanning delivery oversight and customer outcomes.

You will support vertical sales, drive strategic delivery initiatives, manage engagements, and mentor delivery managers while aligning

Qualifications

Experience delivering large public sector initiatives.
Experience with public sector procurement: RFP cycles, cooperative contracts, and SLA-based managed services.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

Lead the Delivery organization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Own end-to-end day-to-day delivery execution across all accounts and services within the vertical.
Identify and pursue expansion and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consultants on key projects.
