Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, law, communications, or related field (Required).
• Master's/Advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in government affairs or public policy, preferably in telecom or tech industries.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local government processes affecting telecommunications.
• Proven ability to build relationships with government officials and influence policy outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement government affairs strategies to support business goals and policy priorities.
• Represent T-Mobile before non-profit organizations, legislators, regulators, and government officials at all levels.
• Advocate for policies promoting innovation, competition, and consumer benefits in wireless sectors.
• Build coalitions with industry partners, think tanks, trade associations, and community organizations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Public Relations for unified messaging and strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of government affairs professionals.
• Participate in additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
