Job summary

CTIA is seeking a Manager, External Affairs to advance the wireless industry’s policy position at federal, state, and local levels. The role involves coordinating meetings, developing advocacy content, and tracking issues in collaboration with CTIA’s members.

The position reports to the Vice President, External Affairs and requires a four-year degree, strong communication skills, and a proactive, process-driven approach. Hybrid schedule with DC office in use.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• Experience with social listening or media monitoring tools preferred.
• Strong reporting and data synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content for CTIA's ACTwireless program.
• Schedule and monitor content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Produce monthly newsletters for partner engagement.
• Create weekly reports on advocacy activities and monitor metrics.
• Support event logistics and attendee tracking.
• Prepare briefing materials for staff.
