Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years leading enterprise portfolios, programs or projects in large organizations.
• Proven success driving governance, strategic planning, and optimization across IS/IT portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Portfolio Strategy aligning technology investments with organizational priorities.
• Establish governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and decision structures for resource allocation.
• Partner with executive and regional leaders to guide initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Oversee portfolio performance using data-driven metrics, budgeting, and capacity planning.
• Advance PMO standards, methodologies, reporting, and tooling for consistency.
