Job summary

Guidelight Health in Quincy, MA is seeking an Executive Director to lead the PHP/IOP programs for adults and adolescents onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. You will drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have MA independent therapy licensure, 5–7 years in clinical settings with management experience, and a track record in program growth, community partnerships, and culturally competent leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active licensure in LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• 5–7 years clinical experience in higher levels of care.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Able to supervise associate licensed clinicians as part of supervision program.
• Proven leadership in mental health with adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Financial Leadership: Own clinic P&L and KPIs; manage staffing and productivity.
• Regulatory compliance and quality: Ensure licensure, accreditation, and care standards.
• Trusted Advisor: Develop referral partnerships and guide care decisions.
• Ambassador & Community Engagement: Represent Guidelight in local health ecosystem and events.
• Clinical Quality Champion: Oversee PHP/IOP programming and outcomes.
• Market Strategist & Growth: Guide programming and census growth with outreach.
• People Developer: Lead 25–30 staff with supervision and training.
• Systems & Technology: Leverage EHRs and reporting to improve operations.
