Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in Ohio; BLS required; specialty or leadership certification within 6 months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 24/7 operational flow of perioperative service lines and ensures compliance with standards.
• Partners with senior leadership to develop operating and capital budgets and manage resources.
• Leads managers and front-line staff, supporting engagement and effective communication.
