Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in perioperative services across multiple departments, locations, or procedural environments.
• Knowledge of perioperative clinical practice, quality and patient safety, regulatory compliance, operations, and workforce and financial management.
• Experience in hospital-based surgical services and ambulatory surgery center operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for perioperative services across the health system.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship.
• Develop a leadership structure with local decision-making while advancing standardization and system integration.
