Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Product Development & External Manufacturing Communications to shape strategic communications for PD and ExM within PDS. You will translate complex science and operational priorities into clear content, engaging employees and strengthening enterprise reputation.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will develop integrated internal and external programs, support organizational change, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive impactful

Qualifications

• Approximately 7 to 10 years of communications experience in pharma or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications or life sciences.
• Ability to counsel senior leaders and translate complex information into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies for Product Development and External Manufacturing.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and craft executive communications for key engagements.
• Support change management, program communications, and organizational transformation efforts.
• Lead storytelling on innovation, manufacturing readiness, and enterprise initiatives across global teams.
